How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping is free on orders over $150. For orders less than $150, shipping is a flat rate of $5.

International shipping cost depends on your country and is calculated at checkout. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are not covered by Meriggi.

Please note that orders can take 24 - 48 hours to process before being shipped.

What couriers do you ship with?

All shipments will be sent using either UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on where you call home.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I make any changes to my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot promise that we can modify your order. Please email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from delivery. Products must be shipped back within the 10 day window. Each item needs to be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with accompanying packaging and tags attached. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. All items that are purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be returned.

We offer free domestic exchanges. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and we will ship the exchanged item(s) free of charge.

For returns, refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the item(s) is received and accepted. Funds can take 5-10 business days to process. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for any initial shipping costs. Meriggi is not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipments.
